Our speakers:

Milly Baggot- ByRuby

Milly Bagot co-founded ByRuby in 2018, aiming to revolutionize the frozen meal market with handmade, premium pre-prepared meals. Starting from a small kitchen in Acton, ByRuby quickly gained traction with online sales and independent retailers. It launched at Booths in 2021 and Waitrose in 2022, before being acquired by Charlie Bigham’s in 2023, where Milly continues to run the business. A mother of three, Milly's inspiration came from her sisters filling her freezer before her first child was born, and she believes parenting brings valuable perspective to business leadership.

Jayne Rogers- Rathbones

Jayne Rogers is the executive chair of Rathbones Asset Management and Chief Distribution Officer of Rathbones Group. She collaborates with RAM’s CEO, Tom Carroll, to drive growth and shape distribution strategy for the wealth management business. Previously, she held senior roles at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, including EMEA head of strategic initiatives, and led mergers and acquisitions. She has also worked for Robeco Asset Management, KPMG Investment Advisory, Mercer Investment Consulting, The Wellcome Trust, and Adam & Company. A mother of two, Jayne offers valuable insight into balancing a senior career with family life.

Caroline Flagg – Praetura

Caroline spent 10 years at Octopus Investments, working with intermediaries to distribute tax-efficient investments and leading teams within the company’s internal accelerator. She managed the Octopus Cash platform until its closure in 2021 and helped develop the wholesale market, collaborating with private banks, wealth managers, and family offices. Since joining Praetura Ventures in 2023, she secures funding for portfolio companies through a private investment club. With extensive experience in financial planning and business development, Caroline now serves on Frankie’s advisory board, bringing strategic insight. As a mother of three, she will be excellent at moderating the event and adding her own valuable insights.

Harriet Morton-Liddle and Katie Guild- Nugget Savings

Harriet Morton-Liddle and Katie Guild co-founded Nugget Savings in 2023 to transform parental leave pay and help parents-to-be plan financially for parental leave and childcare costs. Harriet, with a background in Financial Services and Health Tech, was inspired to create Nugget after struggling to find guidance on maternity leave as a self-employed individual. Katie, whose maternity pay was so low she had to work through her entire leave, felt many parents were unprepared for the financial challenges of parenthood. Together, they aim to provide better financial planning resources for parents, while also helping companies improve support for soon-to-be parents. Katie has a background in tech sales and a passion for feminism and business-building, which aligns with Nugget’s mission. Harriet is single and hopes to have children in the future, while Katie is a mother, bringing both perspectives to their work.

Jade Bentwood- Talo

Jade Bentwood is the founder of TALO, a peer-to-peer mentoring platform supporting women through life transitions. After working for 10 years as a wealth manager, where she led a Women’s Wealth division, Jade’s personal experience of having children inspired her to create TALO. Her mission is to transform the workplace experience for women by providing connections, support, and inspiration, helping them reach their full potential. Jade is passionate about fostering financial independence for women and empowering them to thrive in both their careers and personal lives.

At FSWM, she offers personalised financial strategies for professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners, helping them optimize their finances.
